Cat Exec Says Trade Tensions Causing Supply Problems


(Deerfield, IL)  --  Tensions over the tariff tit-for-tat in Washington, DC are impacting Caterpillar.  Cat's Chief Financial Officer Joe Creed told the Wall Street Journal last week that the company is having trouble getting parts and components from suppliers.  Creed said Cat isn't the only company with supply problems amid the lingering questions over steel and aluminum tariffs in the U.S.
